Our client located north of Seattle, WA is currently going through an exciting growth period. They are one of the largest wireless providers in the world and are dedicated to providing their customers with technology designed to enrich their lives. Because of this they need to expand their Market Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) and Statistical Analysis Groups. Requirements:
High powered business oriented modeler to manage a team of seasoned/experienced modelers.
In order for a candidate to be successful in this position it is critical that he/she have extensive hands-on modeling experience working with large and complex databases.
Strong communication skills meaning the ability to explain complex concepts to the layperson yet “talk stats” with the modelers are essential.
Working with the Senior Manager of Strategic Analytics develop a test/learn environment and evolve this into an XD -Rapid Cycle Learning environment. (Rapid Cycle learning approaches to understand how to manage customer interactions in real time through phone or Internet channels).
The Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics will work closely with the Senior Manager of Campaign Management to ensure that the models are successfully deployed.
Must be a team player and able to work across the organization managing direct reports work loads and performance.
Will be a member of the Director of Customer Insights senior management team.

Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience.
Hands-on-experience using SAS and SQL.
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (i.e., statistics, economics, finance, computer engineering...).
Prior experience in Wireless, Financial Services (Credit Card), or New Media (Google, Yahoo, etc.).
