| Relocation: | limited | | Work Visa: | yes | | Job Description: | Provides direction and manages the work processes and output of a team of database marketing analysts and statisticians. Develops and communicates strategy to implement the objectives of the organization and guides others in linking their activities to the objectives. Evaluates client needs for quantitative analysis. Takes lead the following tools and techniques:
Predictive statistical models role in creating and articulating relevant solutions for clients and in developing methods or processes for implementation.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead team in analyzing direct marketing programs using
Customer profiling
Segmentation Analysis
Survey Design and Analysis
Data Analysis and Mining
External Data Enhancement
Break-Even Analysis
Determines quantitative methods for solving client issues
Proposes quantitative solutions to future and existing clients
Establishes pricing for new initiatives
Presents ideas and findings to future and existing clients
Proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups
Evaluation and improvement of internal tools and processes
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of masters degrees (could have exceptions)
Minimum of 5 years experience in DbM space
Experience in Financial Services (prefer experience in both client side and vendor side)
Strong analytical background (hands-on modeling experience in the past is preferred)
Good understanding of database technology
Ability to build client relationship at all levels
Excellent communicator
