KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bring industry and functional experience to key client relationships
Consultant is expected to identify areas of database marketing opportunity, play a key role in formulating appropriate alternatives, and staying involved through implementation and execution
Through hands-on involvement with key client contacts develop where a trusted partnership.
Client Facing
Provide database marketing consulting to clients
Expand client relationship through improved marketing results
Manage a clients strategic DBM relationship
Provide support for sales initiatives as needed
Establish broader and deeper relationships within the client organization
REQUIREMENTS
5-10+ years of total experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preference for advanced degrees in business, Statistics, Economics, or similar field
SKILLS
Strong understanding of industry issues and service model
Full breadth of B2C and B2B Marketing skills
Proven ability to develop client relationships
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Top-tier verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present strategic findings and ideas to clients
Excellent management and coaching skills
Must be able to produce detailed documentation, business correspondence and reports
Strong familiarity across quantitative marketing, with expertise in at least two of the following:
Strategy - experience in formulating, managing, and executing on database marketing strategies
Content - knowledge of the data content that drives database marketing (compiled data sources, vertical lists, etc.)
Analytics - hands on experience performing analytics, (e.g., building predictive models)
Technology - experience with technologies that drive database marketing, including data, campaign and performance management (reporting)
