Job Description:Position: Online Marketing Manager

1. Analyze all aspects of online marketing and develop a strategy for paid search, affiliate email campaigns, banner ads and internal email campaigns.
2. Research other approaches to leisure and meeting promotions as well as other online outlets for promoting the area.
3. Develop an online marketing plan.
4. Generate a list of relevant keywords for use in paid search as well as in copywriting for the content of the website.
5. Manage the following efforts: organic search optimization, paid search marketing, blog planning, link-building and email marketing.
6. Develop effective landing pages with a clear call-to-action to increase activity of users once they arrive on the site.
7. Benchmark and report web metrics. Coordinate analysis efforts with clients and AB&C to track the effectiveness of each campaign and publication.
8. Provide insight and recommendations to improve technical, design, content, and on-page and off-page optimization elements.
9. Modify online campaign plan based on the web traffic analytics to ensure marketing dollars are spent driving qualified leads to the website who are ready to take action.
10. Manage relationships between marketing, content editors and IT. This can be done onsite, through conference calls and presentations.
11. Provide regular budget analysis to track expenditures and ROI.
