| Job Description: | This position will be the latest addition to our growing digital team and you will work directly with our lead programmer to develop dynamic micro-sites, websites and web applications.
Responsibilities:
-> Extend/customize commercial content management system.
-> Develop dynamic, web-based micro-sites, websites and web applications.
-> Collaborate on project architecture, design and planning.
-> Work with designers, CSS/HTML engineers, testers and SEM/SEO experts in a small team environment.
-> Work quickly/efficiently under reasonable, but often tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
-> 5+ years Web-based programming experience
-> In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.Net and .Net framework best practices, intricacies and core technologies including XML. Other technologies in heavy use include XSLT and JavaScript, often using 3rd party UI tools.
-> Ability to hand-code and type quickly is critical.
-> Possess a strong understanding of design patterns and Web standards.
-> Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, IIS 6/7, SQL Server 2000/2005, Microsoft ASP.Net AJAX consider a huge plus.
-> Emphasis placed on elegant and maintainable code.
-> Candidates with a B.S. in Computer Science considered first.

-> Three (3) examples of your work (or that you helped work on), ideally in production but screen shots will suffice. Work samples should highlight (1) a front-end technology (JavaScript, AJAX or similar), (2) a middle/back-tier technology (ASP.Net/C#/SQL) and (3) any technology of your choosing.
