Job Description:his position is responsible for delivering strategic, day-to-day product management while developing strong client relationships. The Account Director provides client consulting and overall program management of acquisition and retention campaigns within the direct mail and email channel.

REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant undergraduate degree required with advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in direct marketing.
• At least 5 years recent experience in growing and managing complex client relationships.
• Experience in managing within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
• Demonstrated ability to manage engagements covering all facets of client team.
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills;
• At least 5 years experience presenting to and working with senior level client contacts;
• Able to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks;
• Must be highly resourceful;
• Must work well both within a team environment as well as independently;
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally to gain consensus in order to execute programs a
• Computer literacy required, including competency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Some overnight travel required, up to 20 trips per year
