Job Description:Specific Responsibilities:
• Work with the Director of Client Services to establish and execute an effective growth and retention strategy
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Service existing client relationships
• Grow revenue through up-selling existing accounts
• Develop proposals to grow client relationships
• Solve problems for clients
• Deliver client feedback back to sales and technology teams

Required Experience:
• At least 2 to 5 years of direct sales experience in traditional or online advertising
• Proven success growing revenue with new or existing clients and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
• Demonstrated the ability to operate both independently and with cross functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A working knowledge of SFA software such as Salesforce.com

Education:
• An undergraduate degree is required.
