| Job Description: | This is a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. The AM is the liaison between the Solutions Team and the Client to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries on all aspects of the business. Understand and support the sales efforts of assigned clients and act as a Third-party Sales channel/consultant to help achieve optimum sales, new account productivity, profit, and goals
Skills/Requirements

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum three years experience working in a customer support or sales capacity role in the Database Marketing industry.
