Job Description:The Manager of Customer Planning & Analysis is a part of the Sales Finance organization as a working manager of a team that delivers provocative analysis and insight to Sales Leadership in areas such as Customer Forecasting & Analysis, Target Setting, Operational & Financial Planning, Compensation and Promotions Analysis.

The responsibilities for the position include:

Manage a team of 1-3 Financial Analysts.

Hold one-on-one and team meetings, set goals and coach team members to succeed.

Track sales performance and analyze trends, opportunities, risks and variances.

Create sales planning models and present sales performance metrics and dashboards.

Evaluate sales promotions and new sales opportunities.

Establish sales targets for all levels of Sales Leaders.

Identify the causal relationships and develop tools to forecast future customer sales volumes and churn.

Work collaboratively with peers on ad hoc analysis and present results to Sales Leaders.

Develop a superior knowledge of both third-party and organic distribution.


Required experience and educational background will include the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.

5+ years experience in a Forecasting & Analysis function.

2+ years supervisory or team leader role.

Skilled in analyzing customer trends & forecasting.

Strong knowledge of the key drivers for organic and third-party sales distribution.

Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
