| Job Description: | CRM Manager leads and provides strategic direction to the CRM function to identify customer analyses that will reveal critical customer insights needed to further marketing and CRM programs .
Duties:
• Establish business objectives, develop budgets, and provide summaries of program performance.
• Develop processes to ensure critical business needs, to shorten turnaround time on ad-hoc requests, and to provide deeper analytic insights to researchers and cross business segment managers.
• Lead development of response models, based on customers' behaviors; identifies and prioritizes customer opportunities
• Coordinated global marketing programs.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in CRM Management and customer modeling, managing specific segment development including technical/analytic development process.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and system design used to analyze customer data and behavior.
• Experience with SAS and other data analysis tools and knowledge of software and hardware development
• Manage creative process to ensure high-impact customer contacts in a catalog direct mail environment.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation to interpret analytic findings into actionable business insights and recommend effective strategies to accomplish business results.
• Must have communication skills to encourage business to focus on core customer issues and to produce clear, concise strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to integrate multiple business needs, build compromise, and present ideas to senior management.
• Master's of Science/Master's of Business Administration in Business, Statistics, or Marketing
