| Job Description: | Our client is one of the fastest growing issuers of Visa® and MasterCard® credit cards. They are experiencing strong growth and is looking for someone to come in and help build out their team They are looking for a Score Developer to join their team.
The Score Developer position provides project specific support in building scoring solutions that integrate effectively into existing systems and processes while delivering strong and consistent performance. With the guidance of the Sr. Director – Score Development, Lead, and/or Senior Score Developers, the Score Developer conducts score development, validation, monitoring, tracking and specification.
Develop predictive models and scores in the areas of collection, credit risk, marketing and fraud.
Responsible for the development, validation, and on-going tracking and monitoring of scores.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of SAS, Unix and/or Mainframe environments required.
PhD or M.S in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields strongly preferred.
Knowledge of credit card application and/or receivable systems such as FDR, TSYS, ScoreX, Triad, etc. preferred.
Knowledge of credit bureau systems and interfaces preferred.
Good oral & written communication skills a plus.
