| Relocation: | limited | | Work Visa: | no | | Job Description: | Reporting the to the Business Management and Analysis Leader, this position is responsible for leading the efficient and profitable execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that are focused/clear, aligned with business objectives, and optimized to achieve maximum results. Responsible for enhanced customer insight leading to targeted levels of R&D breakthroughs and increased capacity of R&D/testing initiatives. Effectively manage marketing tool processes.
Job Responsibilities
1. Key enabler of business results.
2. Approve design and execution of campaign processes.
3. Recommend and design tracking methodologies.
4. Incorporate industry best practices into all facets of work.
5. Manage and own business rules.
6. Recommend circulation decisions to marketing partners and product group.
7. Provide rollout and test analysis and provide recommendations for future strategies.
8. Provide ad-hoc database analysis to support new opportunities.
9. Monitor and ensure accuracy of forecasts.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Five or more years experience in the direct response industry with an emphasis in data analysis, marketing research or campaign development.
3. Proficient in working with analytical/reporting tools including SQL, SAS and Excel
4. Demonstrated ability to operate and execute systems and processes in a timely and quality manner.
5. Strong analytical skills to include competent understanding of statistical significance, multivariate techniques, and correlation analysis
6. Proven experience working with relational databases
7. Proven teamwork skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
9. Works effectively in time sensitive environment
10. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently to deliver unique analytical solutions.
11. Outstanding communication skills.
