SUMMARY
Use your skills and expertise to develop the risk management function for a diverse commercial lending portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sound underwriting risk policies,
- Provide an independent assessment of the quality of credit originations and portfolio performance
- Develop a risk management action plan to effectively monitor the portfolio
- Develop credit risk infrastructure for decisioning, assessment, portfolio management and comprehensive reporting system.
- Develop risk rating tools and systems with robust measures and loss provision methodology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in the areas of profitability, pricing, product development, residual risk setting, collateral valuation, environmental review, and portfolio management efforts.
- Ability to effectively partner with business and sales groups, lead, and communicate with senior management.
- 8+ years of commercial credit and risk experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
